| Description | The scope of work includes all labor and material to install three (3) zone ductless mini-split heat pump system at 42 Linus Allain Avenue, Gardner, MA Schedule: Contract time shall begin as soon as practical after award of the contract with substantial completion no later than 45 days from Notice to Proceed. Contract Award. One contract will be awarded to the responsible contractor offering to perform the contract at the lowest price. Contractor will sign an Owner-Contractor Agreement and will be issued a purchase order upon execution. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to waive any informality in, or reject any or all bids, or accept the bid deemed in the best interest of the Awarding Authority. Conditional bids shall not be accepted. Insurance: Workers Compensation and Liability Insurance are required. Prior to award, successful bidder will be required to provide proof of General Liability, Automobile Liability and Workers Compensation insurance. The bidder must have sufficient coverage for itself, employees and agents. |
