Pipe Fencing Project

Board of Stephens County Commissioners will accept bids for a Pipe Fencing Project for Stephens County District #2, located at Highway 7 & Comanche Lake Road. Successful vendor will furnish all labor, materials and supplies. Please include in your bid a beginning date, and completion date, upon award of bid, as this may be a factor in award of bid. Must have Workers Compensation on applicable employees, and must provide verification of same. Each bid shall be accompanied by a Certified or Cashiers Check or Bid Bond equal to 5% of the bid made payable to the County Clerk of Stephens County, Oklahoma, as a proposal guaranty. Checks for unsuccessful bidders shall be returned after bid opening. The Board of County Commissioners will review all bids submitted and select the bid that best meets or exceeds the required minimum specifications. The Board reserves the right to reject any and all bids that are not satisfactory. Upon award of bid, successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond.
