Dock Levelers Procurement 2020

Project is to remove and replace all dock levelers at Warehouses 2, 4, 7 and 8. • Acquire all necessary permits and schedule all necessary inspections. • Remove all existing dock levelers at all warehouses and restore any damage. Use epoxy grout. • Dispose of removed materials offsite. • Install new dock levelers following manufacturer’s recommendations: 1. At Warehouse 7, install eight (8) – 80,000-pound capacity Blue Giant Hydraulic Dock Levelers. 2. At Warehouse 2, install six (6) – 50,000-pound capacity Blue Giant Hydraulic Dock Levelers. 3. At Warehouse 4, install eight (8) – 50,000-pound capacity Blue Giant Hydraulic Dock Levelers. 4. At Warehouse 8, install nine (9) – 50,000-pound capacity Blue Giant Hydraulic Dock Levelers.
