Skagway School Kitchen Remodel

Project consisting of a 1,640 sf commercial kitchen and home economics classroom addition constructed on the north side of the existing school building. The existing school is located between 15th and 17th Avenue on Main Street. The RFB includes an additive alternate, which is the installation of an owner furnished back-up generator. The generator will be integrated in to the existing system of the school and adjacent Well-4 building on Alaska Street. The work will consist of trenching, electrical, and concrete pads for the equipment. Bids shall include all labor, equipment, transportation, and materials to complete the specified work. Bids shall also include mobilization and demobilization to and from the Project site.
