Irrigation Systems Repair and Installation

The work in this Section includes the installation of all materials required to complete an irriga-tion system. Work shall include, but not be limited to: 1. Furnishing and installing a complete irrigation system. 2. Permit and fees as per city regulations. 3. Trenching and backfill. 4. Furnishing and installing backflow prevention devices. 5. Furnishing and installing sleeves where indicated. 6. Coordinate all activities with Owner as needed 7. Coordinating and installation of water meter and controller. 8. Boring under existing paving for irrigation piping and control valve wiring if additional sleeves are required. 9. Inspections and tests. 10. Install extra control and ground wires if requested by Owners. 11. Clean up and disposal 12. Coordinate connector of controller inside of building, if needed. 13. Record “As Built” drawings. 14. Warranties. 15. Routine repairs to existing irrigation systems as needed.
