Sidewalk Replacement

For the following item or items: Sidewalk Replacement - Contact Chipley Public Works for specifications. Late submittals received after the aforementioned deadline date, either by mail or otherwise, will not be considered and will be returned unopened. The time of receipt will be determined by the time received in the City of Chipley City Hall - City Clerks Office. It is the sole responsibility of the vendor for assuring that the bid is received in the City Clerks Office by the designated date and time. No faxed, electronic or oral bids will be accepted. The City requires a business license tax be paid for the privilege of engaging in any business within the city limits. Please contact the City Clerks Office for a fee schedule. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of fifteen days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. Bid award will be made to the lowest responsive bidder, but the right is reserved to reject any or all bids.
