| Description | Maine Department of Defense, Veterans and Emergency Management wishes to procure architectural/engineering services for the proposed Maine Army National Guard Dental Treatment Clinic project. The expected scope of services for this project includes, but is not limited to, Type A (Investigative) Services to include a feasibility study consisting of a scoping conference and review to determine facility requirements and allowances, evaluation of existing facility, and determination of the alterations required, and an Opinion of Probable Cost for 2 proposed alternatives. The Owner reserves the right to engage the selected firm on subsequent phases of the project when those qualifications are included in the evaluation of qualifications in this RFQ.
