| Description | Curbside Collection and Disposal of Solid Waste, Bulk Items, and White Goods. Bidders are required to comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27-1 et seq. Each proposal must be accompanied by a bid bond, cashiers check, or certified check in accordance with the Bid Specifications, made payable to the Borough of Belmar. The Borough of Belmar hereby reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to award the contract on the lowest responsible, responsive bidder and to waive any non-material defects in the Bid documents as it deems in the best interests of the Borough of Belmar. |
