Please obtain documents through the means listed in the invitation to bid.*" Description of Goods or Services to Be Bid The Work includes, but is not limited to replacement of three (3) emergency generators with all Automatic Transfer switches (ATS), and other associated equipment; modification of existing switchboards to accommodate all ATS; removal of two (2) existing day tanks of the generator at College Point Bus Depot; replacement of all existing diesel-engine/gas-engine generator sets with natural gas-fired generator sets with 50% load bank; provision of outdoor enclosure for the new generators; installation of a new gas piping from the natural gas service point of connection to the generator location, and Installation of an outdoor enclosure in the parking lot area for the new generators; and installation of remote annunciator panel for continuous monitoring in a 24/7 location..
