Marion High School Miscellaneous Accessibility Improvements - Phase 5

Work to include the removal of existing site asphalt and concrete work. New Work to include the installation of new ADA compliant concrete sidewalks, viewing areas, and the regrading of portion of the existing site as described in the construction documents. Alternate Bid #1 Work to include the removal of the existing wood mulch and perimeter edging around the existing playground. New Work to include the installation of new underground playground drainage, ADA compliant concrete sidewalk to access the playground, concrete perimeter wall with guardrail, ADA compliant poured-in-place play surfacing, ADA compliant parking signage and striping as well as all other items.
