Description

To replace both the WSS and PDC Fire Alarm systems with an independent system at each facility. The successful bidder will have the necessary expertise to remove the inoperable fire alarm system and replace and manage the installation of the new system. The bidder awarded must demonstrate expertise with fire alarm installation, federal, state, and local code requirements, effective communication with owner, consultant/owner's representative, women, minority, local inclusion, City of Tacoma Regulators, and contracting requirements through closeout. Deadline for questions submitted to the Bonfire Hub is July 26, 2023, 2:00 P.M. PDT.
