| Description | Site work and new construction of an educational facility in Elmhurst, Illinois. Completed plans call for the construction of a educational facility; and for site work for a educational facility. The work includes providing dumpsters, temporary toilets/sinks and construction waste management for the new Field Elementary School. Bid security in the form of a bid bond only in an amount equal to 10 percent of the base bid amount shall be submitted with the bid. Bid security shall be made payable to the Board of Education Elmhurst CUSD 205. The Board of Education reserves the right to reject any or all bids or parts thereof, or waive any irregularities or informalities, and to make the award in the best interest of the District. All bidders must comply with applicable Illinois Law requiring the payment of prevailing wages by all Contractors working on public works.
