| Description | Establish firm and fixed prices for an indefinite quantity, contract to be used for all equipment, supplies, supervision and labor necessary for various citywide painting projects as specified by the Scope of Work. The City anticipates prequalifying a pool of up to four (4) Contractors to be used on a rotational basis for various citywide painting projects not to exceed $100,000 per project. The initial term of the contract awarded shall be for two (2) years from the award date and by mutual agreement between the City and the awardee(s), may be renewable for three (3) additional one (1) year periods. | ||
