Description

Alhambra Unified School District, acting by and through its Governing Board, hereinafter referred to as District , is seeking proposals from prequalified firms for Lease-Leaseback (LLB) Construction Services for the PUBLIC ADDRESS, CLOCK/SPEAKERS, VIDEO SURVEILLANCE, & IT INFRASTRUCTURE & UPGRADES AT ALHAMBRA HS, MARK KEPPEL HS, SAN GABRIEL HS, GARFIELD ES, GRANADA ES, NORTHRUP ES, & PARK ES (collectively the Project ). As further described in the RFQ/P, the winning proposal(s) will be determined based on that which offers the best value determination made pursuant to the criteria and evaluation process set forth in the in the RFQ/P. Upon selection of the best value firm, the District will endeavor to negotiate a mutually agreeable LLB agreement with the selected firm. In the event that the District is unable to reach agreement, the District may proceed, at its sole discretion, to negotiate with the next highest ranked firm selected by the District. The District reserves the right to waive any minor or immaterial deviations in the RFQ/P or the proposals received, and/or to reject all proposals if so determined by the District's governing board. Meet at the north-facing glass door (Water Tanks side) but do not go inside. All Firms submitting a proposal to this RFQ/P must be prequalified with the District pursuant to Public Contract Code section 20111.6 (b)-(m) without exception prior to submitting a proposal. Any Firm that submits a proposal and is not prequalified will be deemed non- responsive and that Firm s proposal will be rejected and returned to the Firm unopened.
