Asphalt Resurfacing

**As of April 12, 2022, project was awarded to Newport Paving Construction, awarded amount is $135,978.40.** The town reserves the right to refuse any or all bids. Any questions should be directed to Town Hall at 865-674-2556. PROJECT A: Pave parking lot at the White Pine Seniro Center & White Pine Community Building located at 1820 and 1824 Maple Street. For full detailed specs and a map, stop by Town Hall or give WP Public Works Director Bob Hardy a call at 865-755-8813. PROJECT B: Resurface parking lot at Legion Field with 2" asphalt. Address is 3112 Park Street. PROJECT C: Mill 2" and resurface 2" on Maple Street from 1809 Maple Street to red light at Main Street, measurement is 24' wide and 100' length. Resurface with 1.5" asphalt from 1915 Maple street to red light at Main Street, measurement is 24' wide and 400' length. Bids are to be INDIVIDUAL bids for EACH project and not grouped together.
