Fire Station 3 Generator Replacement - Re-Bid

The scope of services shall include all labor, equipment, materials, supplies, electrical, mechanical, removal of all site debris, removal of all waste material and spoil created by the successful Bidder, removal of old equipment replaced on this project, permit and license fees as applicable, supervision, site preparation including site clean-up to construct and deliver this project to the Town complete, all in accordance with the site specifications, solicitation document and Contract documents. A Bid Security Deposit shall be required from all Bidders, equal to five (5%) percent of the Bid amount. This deposit may be in the form of a certified check, cashier's check or bond. Separate Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds equal to one hundred (100%) percent of the Contract amount will be required from the successful Bidder upon signing of the Contract. All Bidders shall be properly licensed by the State of South Carolina. Bonding shall be provided if the bid amount is $50,000 or over. Bids shall be submitted electronically as provided with the Bid Documents. The Bids must be signed by an official authorized to bind the bid for a period sixty (60) calendar days for acceptance by the Town. This Invitation does not commit the Town to award a Contract, to pay any costs incurred in the preparation of a Bid or to procure or contract for the articles of goods or services. Questions Due Date: Mar 21st 2023, 12:00 PM EDT The Town reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in the Bid, to accept or reject any or all Bids received as a result of this Invitation, to negotiate with all qualified Bidders and to award or refrain from awarding the project to any Bidder, if it is in the best interest of the Town to do so.
