Clermont Metropolitan Housing Authority Capital Fund Projects (CFP) 501.20 Parking Lot Repairs Bethel Woods, Monroe Woods, Williamsburg Woods

The CMHA is soliciting bids for the repair and replacement of asphalt pavement at Bethel Woods, Williamsburg Woods, and Monroe Woods, public housing developments. The CMHA will award contract to the lowest responsible and reasonable bidder. This will be based on the lowest total bid price for the Project. The Project generally consists of removal and reinstallation of asphalt pavement wear course, replacement of concrete curbs, expansion of parking lots into landscape islands, installation of new concrete dumpster pads, replacement of damaged concrete sidewalk and parking areas, and other associated cleaning and repairs. Not every work item will occur at every site. The Architect and Owner have identified the work items, the location where the work is to be performed and the quantity of the work. Refer to the Project Manual and Drawings for additional information. If additional information is required, all submitted questions must be sent to Mr. Yacucci no later than 12:00 pm on March 14, 2023. Unless otherwise specified in the bid documents, all prices shall be on a firm-fixed-price basis and are not subject to adjustment based on costs incurred.
