Description

The contract duration is fourteen (14) months, expires Sept. 30, 2023. The WHA may exercise its option to renew the contract for two (2) additional years at one (1) year intervals. The estimated cost for one (1) year is $100,000 Bids are subject to MGL c.149 44A-J & to minimum state wage rates as required by MGL c.l49 26 to 27H inclusive. Bids shall be submitted on the form furnished and in a sealed envelope marked on the outside with the bid trade title and bidder's name. General bids shall be accompanied by a bid deposit made payable to the Waltham Housing Authority.
