| Description | Replace existing units and Provide (2) BRAND NEW York XTI-60x108 or approved equal by Carrier or Trane. 1. Responsible for disassembly and removal of existing units from the job site 2. Responsible for disassembly and assembly of new units so they fit within existing doorways of the building 3. Modify existing ductwork, piping and power as needed to reconnect new units 4. Responsible for all electrical disconnects and reconnections as needed 5. Replace VSDs for both units 6. Cleanup of all materials and removal from the building and All controls must function as designed before leaving. 7. Work to be performed after-hours or on weekends. |
