The Mcgill Ballpark South-West End Renovation

McGill Ballpark South-West End Renovation - 56 South 4th Street, McGill, White Pine County (APN: 004-034-01). Scope of Work: 1. Awarded contractor is responsible for all landfill fees 2. A 70’ X 100’ X 6’’ hole with berm for Ice Skating Rink is to be created 3. Development of picnic area near trees and playground complete with: a. 2 ULINE model H-4419 outdoor standard park grills b. 2 ULINE model H-2128G metal picnic tables- 6’ Rectangle, Green c. 2 ULINE Metal ADA Picnic Tables- 8’ Rectangle, Green 4. The complete removal of the dirt and debris pile on the Southwest end of the Ballpark and the development of dirt work for ice skate ring and picnic area in its place. 5. The complete removal shall consist of all dirt, sod, debris and any other incidental items as designated in the mandatory pre-bid walkthrough and relocation of all material to the City of Ely Landfill 6. Playground surface woodchips stockpile and the Ballfield sand stockpile are to stay onsite but are to be moved out of the way if necessary 7. Excess dirt and debris is to be removed from designated area 8. Work must be completed before March 18th, 2022 including submission of final invoice for payment unless extension is granted in writing. 9. Contractors are responsible for securing the job site 10. The Contractor shall be responsible for any and all damage encountered during construction 11. No debris can be buried 12. Metal must be separated from debris as much as practical 13. The Contractor shall obtain and pay for all necessary permits and fees required for construction.

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
