| Description | To provide general HVAC/R services on an as needed when needed basis for both scheduled projects and emergency repairs of Wastewater Collections facilities as directed by the City’s Representative. The work included in these specifications shall consist of furnishing all labor, tools, transportation, supervision, equipment, materials, supplies, and incidentals required for new installations, maintenance, and repair of HVAC/R equipment. Additional services include preventative and predictive maintenance for designated equipment. The service shall include air/water filter replacement, inspection, cleaning, lubrication, adjustment, calibration, and component replacement as required to minimize malfunction, breakdown, and deterioration of equipment. |
