| Description | As of July 13, 2023 project still not awarded. Deadline for Questions: June 23, 2023 12:00 p.m. All questions regarding the scope of work involved in the contract shall be directed to Christine Long, Capital Improvement Coordinator, by emailing clong@newtonhousing.org. GENERAL SCOPE OF WORK The work under the Contract consists of: 1. Cleaning/Painting of all common ways, railings, door frames, window frames/sills, conduits, radiators, and all other fixtures found within the common areas of each building, front and rear 2. All Work either shown in the photos or included in the specifications shall be included in the scope of work unless specifically indicated as not to be done. B. In addition, the Work under the Contract includes: 1. Work outside the project site as called for in the Contract Documents and as required for the performance of the Work. 2. The restoration of any items damaged or destroyed by encroaching upon areas outside of the project site. 3. Providing and restoring, where appropriate, all temporary facilities. |
