| Description | The awarded contractor agrees to provide the Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) all labor, tools, materials, equipment, and travel necessary to perform parking lot sweeping and pressure washing and/or steam cleaning services at the Torrance DMV Field Office (approximately 85,899 square feet) for the term of this Agreement. The anticipated term for this contract is February 1, 2023, through January 31, 2026.
