Description

Renovation of a mixed-use development in Toms River, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility. BIDDERS ARE REQUIRED TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27. BIDDERS MUST SUBMIT, PRIOR TO CONTRACT AWARD, A COPY OF THE N.J. BUSINESS REGISTRATION CERTIFICATE ISSUED BY THE N.J. DEPARTMENT OF TREASURY TO COMPLY WITH THE REQUIREMENTS OF N.J.S.A. 52:32-44. HE BOARD RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT ANY OR ALL BIDS IN ACCORDANCE WITH N.J.S.A. 18A: 18A-22. Garden State Parkway South to Exit 82 (Rt. 37 East). Continue on Rt. 37 East to Hooper Avenue (second traffic light). Take jug handle and continue north on Hooper Avenue. Go to the third traffic light (Bay Avenue) and take the jug handle (Bay Avenue-West). Stay in right lane and take the jug handle for Hooper Avenue South. Continue on Hooper Avenue South crossing the Bay Avenue traffic light and proceed approximately 300 ft. to the Toms River Corporate Center Building on the comer of Maple Tree Road and Hooper Avenue. The main entrance is at the rear ofthe building. The Toms River Schools Information Center is located in Suite 304.
