Description

This Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest has a requirement for the installation of a new drilled well including screen, pump, drop pipe, and controls. Complete required pump testing, disinfection, water quality testing and associated required documentation. Connection of a new well to existing buried water and power lines. Abandon existing well by hand; located in adjacent forested area without vehicle access. Contractor is responsible for obtaining well drilling permit, submitting well abandonment documentation as required by the State of Wisconsin, and field verifying existing conditions.
