Description

Plans call for the phased construction of a mixed-use development: Lot 1 will consist of four three-story apartment buildings with 26 units each Lot 2 will consist of commercial, possible restaurant space, with one drive-thru and others with alcohol sales, plus retail, or an entertainment destination Lot 3 will consist of a four-story, 94-room hotel Lot 4 will consist of a four-story apartment building with 240 units As of September 12, 2022, architectural plans are being finalized. An architect and general contractor have been selected. Information regarding subcontractor bidding opportunities has not been released. Dirt work will commence in fall 2022. Although a firm timeline for construction has not been solidified, Lot 1 is expected to begin construction in March or April 2023.
