Spray-on Pipe Lining Culpeper District

The Virginia Department of Transportation (herein referred to as "VDOT") is soliciting bids from qualified firms to furnish/apply Spray-On Lining on Structural Pipe consisting of one line of seven-foot (84 inches) diameter pipe with length of six-hundred twelve (612) LF. The project is located under I-64 at mike marker 124 in Albemarle County (Lat. 38-01-09 Lon. 78-26-14W, structure 0064-002-2081 Fed ID 00576. Any questions regarding this invitation for bid shall be addressed in writing to Rosalie.Alther@vdot.virginia.gov. The issuing office shall determine whether any addendum should be issued as a result of any questions or other matters raised. Provide questions no later than three calendar days prior to bid closing date. The Contractor shall furnish and apply sprayed on pipe lining The Contractor shall apply a sprayed-on pipe lining on the inside of the existing corrugated metal pipes. The work shall include cleaning and preparing the existing pipe, application of the liner, inspection and testing of liner, water quality testing, and all materials, tools, labor, supervision and incidentals required to perform the work.
