Lake Clear Transfer Station Improvements Project

Sealed bids for the furnishing of all labor and material necessary for the Lake Clear Transfer Station Improvements project located at 59 Dump road, Lake Clear, New York 12945 Bids will be received for the following Contracts: Contract No. 1A-General Construction Selection demolition and removal of existing retaining walls, structures, and utilities; Construction of ~74'x80' Pre-Engineered Metal Building (PEMB) with Concrete foundations including incidental ventilation and floor drain piping; Fill placement and excavation within and around proposed building area and associated site restoration improvements; and Site utility infrastructure modifications All other miscellaneous work as shown on the Contract Drawings and specified herein. Contract No. 1B-Electrical Construction: Electrical systems associated with new pre-engineered metal transfer station building construction.
