Uintah County Rfp for Water Line and Power Line Uintah County is Soliciting Proposals for the Installation of a New Water Line and Power Line to Be Used at the Buckskin Hills Tube and Ski Snow Hill. Uintah County is Looking to Improve the Tube and Ski/snowboarding Hill at the Buckskin Hills Event Complex. An Additional Water Line and Power Line With Snow Gun Pedestals Are Needed to Improve and Accommodate Increased Patron Usage During the Snow Season. Please See the Specifications Below. The Successful Bidder Must Meet the Minimum but Not Limited to Specifications: o Distances and Coverage O Waterline 350-400' That Runs From the Pump House Directly North and Then Tee Off and Run 350-400' East and West O Power Line 350-400' That Runs From the Pump House Directly North and Then Tee Off and Run 350-400' East and West o Requirements O Waterline Needs to Be 4'', at Least Schedule 80 and Can Hold Up to 500 Psi, Coated With Corrosion Inhibitor O Welder to Weld Pipe Together in the Trench O Provide All Necessary Piping and Valves for the 4 New Valve Boxes (Reference Existing Valve Boxes) O Equipment to Dig the Trench O Electrician to Wire the Snow Gun Pedestals O Electrician to Wire Into the Power Cabinet Inside the Pump House O Power Line Must Be Able to Support and Deliver 480v 3 Phase Power to the Snow Gun Pedestals O Work With Equipment Reps of Techno Alpin in Order to Understand and Wire Power Pedestals Correctly O Guarantee and Standby the Work Performed O Work With the Buckskin Hills Manager and Crew to Come Up With the Best Solution and Layout Plan Items That Should Be Considered and Included in the Proposal: o Bids Need to Include Package Price for Items Listed Above o Please Submit an Installation Price Separate From the Materials List Price o Prices Should Be Tax Exempt o Items Listed Above Need to Be Shipped as Soon as Possible o Installation Needs to Be Complete by November 1, 2022 o Uintah County Retains the Right to Reject or Accept the Bids at Their Discretion.
