Description

1. Remove two old boilers at High School and two old boilers at Intermediate School. The District will be keeping these old boilers. 2. Remove unneeded pipe and flue 3. Install two new high efficiency 1,500,000 BTU boilers at the High School and two new high efficiency 1,500,000 BTU boilers at the Intermediate School (see additional specifications below) 4. Installation of all four boilers includes necessary gas piping, water piping, venting/air intake, insulation, valves, power wiring, control wiring, and any other associated hardware 5. Control wiring and programming to our existing Trane automated system for turn-key operation 6. Check test and start up of all four new boilers – including State of Michigan boiler permits (see below) 7. Disposal of debris 8. The contractor will furnish all necessary labor, supervision, tools, equipment, supplies and all other effort necessary to perform the installations.
