Federal wage rates as per the Davis Bacon Act, Construction Type - Heavy as required for Cherokee County, Oklahoma are applicable and included. Contractors are generally required to pay at least the applicable minimum wage rate under Executive Order 14026 or Executive Order 13658. This contract is also subject to the "Work Hours Act of 1962", (P.L. 87-581:76 Stat. 357) and implementing regulations.
