| Description | This CMAR has already gone out to bid and been awarded to Joeris General Contractors. Competitive sealed proposals for Construction Manager-At-Risk will be received by East Central Independent School District (ECISD) for the 2022 Bond program which includes a New Middle School, New Elementary School South, Enhance security measures across East Central HS, Secured vestibule upgrades at multiple campuses, Highland Forest ES Pre-K/K Classroom Addition and Upgrades, Oak Crest ES Pre-K/K Classroom Addition and Upgrades, Heritage MS Outdoor Collaborative Spaces and Upgrades, Legacy MS Outdoor Collaborative Spaces and Upgrades, Retrofit of Existing Transportation Facility into New Warehouse and Police HQ, New Central Transportation Facility and New CTE Multi-Purpose Facility. One contractor will be selected for the execution of these projects.
