All work described herein and in the Related Documents is included as part of this solicitation unless otherwise specified. The scope of services generally includes, but is not necessarily limited to, the following: Installation of new (SBS)-modified bituminous membrane roofing system. Installation of new rooftop porcelain paversystem. Installation of new vegetated roof paver system. Select concrete slab replacement. Installation of new electrical items as detailed in the constructiondocuments. Installation of new plumbing items as detailed in the constructiondocuments. Replacement of existing rooftop railings. Thorough cleaning of the project site. Daily on-site project management supervision Contract Award (NTP): January 11, 2024 (ESTIMATED) Work to Commence On Site: June 10, 2024 Substantial Completion: August 2, 2024 Final Completion: August 9, 2024 Question Deadline 12/12/2023 Any information or requests relative to interpretation or clarification of contract documents, terms or conditions, specifications, plans or drawings shall be requested of the Purchasing Agent or Issuing Authority, in writing, sufficiently prior to the date set for opening of bids to allow the Purchasing Agent or Issuing Authority to evaluate and respond to the information or request for interpretation. To be given consideration the request must be received more than five (5) working days prior to the date fixed for the submission of bids.
