Description

A. The project consists of, but is not limited to, the removal and replacement of seven (7) DX refrigerant units with new four (4) pipe system units, and a new mechanical room consisting of shell and tube and plate and frame heat exchangers, chilled and hot water supply and return pumps, air/dirt separators, and a glycol feed tank system. B. Construction Commissioning will be completed for applicable equipment and systems. Commissioning will include submittal reviews, checklists, testing, and associated commissioning documentation as identified in the Contract Documents. This solicitation is for Pre-qualification Only. Approved Sellers will receive notice and will be invited to the closed bid solicitation. EST. $4,000,000.00-$5,000,000.00 This bid requires compliance with Office of Economic Opportunity participation. The due date for filing completed questionnaires will be NOVEMBER 22, 2022. *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
