Contract Period: Award through twelve months after award with options for up to four additional years of service. All questions/concerns prior to submittal of a proposal shall be in writing and submitted on company letterhead and faxed, or emailed to Mr. Art Harbin, Procurement Officer at (757) 233-6412 or (art_harbin@crhava.org) at least 10 days prior to proposal due date. The contract awarded hereunder shall commence on the date of award by CRHA and will continue for a twelve month period. The Authority reserves the right to renew the contract for up to four (4) additional years in one (1) year increments at the offered option year rates, if options are exercised in writing by the Authority within sixty (60) days of the expiration of this contract. Option exercise is at the sole discretion of the Authority.
