| Description | MSAD 60 is conducting a competitive bid process for the addition of an NFPA 13 sprinkler system to three schools: Vivian E. Hussey Elementary School in Berwick, Maine, Hanson Elementary School in Lebanon, Maine, and North Berwick Elementary School in North Berwick, Maine. A single bid for all three schools is sought. The Project will add a sprinkler system to three schools and associated work will include site work, installation of a packaged fire pump system with buried tank, electrical and fire alarm work, selective demolition, cutting and patching, firestopping, soffit and chase construction, selective ceiling replacement, painting, and additional tasks. |
