| Description | Board of County Commissioners reserves the right to reject any or all quotes and, unless otherwise specified by the vendor, to accept any item in the quote. In case of error in extending the total amount of the quote, the unit price will goIf the Vendor attempts any unauthorized communication with individuals associated with this project or quote, the County will reject the Vendor's quote. Vendor will provide weekly floor mat services for carpeted rubber backed mats. Vendor will deliver clean mats weekly and place throughout the building in designated areas. The vendor will be escorted by HCDF staff. Vendor will remove used dirty mats from building weekly. Mats are to be changed out every Monday first thing in the morning before employees start arriving for work. Vendor is to enter the building through the rear dock. The Vendor will back delivery truck into the dock area to unload mats. The Vendor will enter the building through the dock door. |
