Deadline to submit Questions: Jun 26th 2023, 12:00 PM CDT Each Bidder must include in their Bid the premium cost for the performance and payment Bond in the full amount of their contract, when the project is over $50,000. If the Bidder fails to furnish the performance bond within seven (7) days after acceptance of the Bidders Bid, by the Board, the Bid acceptance maybe rescinded and the Bidder maybe precluded from further Bidding with the Board. The performance Bond must be issued by a surety acceptable to the Board and Licensed by the State of Illinois - Remove the fence between east lot and west lot - Remove the fence between the east lot and walkway - Remove approximately 7000 sq ft of asphalt - Provide a suitable and compaction with appropriate independent testing and grade east to west so all water flows to the basin in the west lot - Replace approximately 7000 sq ft of asphalt grading from east to west - Provide a new fence between lot and walkway with black coated chain link fence - Restripe parking lot with 16 parking spaces and clearly identify pedestrian walkway
