Site work and new construction of a residential development in Leonardtown. Conceptual plans call for the construction of a 24-lot residential subdivision. As of October 18. 2018, this project is in the early planning stages. . A request for preliminary major subdivision approval was granted at a June 8, 2015 meeting of the St. Mary's County Planning Commission; no applications for final major subdivision approval have been received. Once all agency approvals have been obtained, the applicant can seek final approval from the Department of Land Use and Growth Management. No architect and general contractor information is available at this time, and the method of general contractor selection has not been disclosed.
