Point Betsie Light Station Shoreline Protection System

Aggregate, Demolition/Building Removal/Hauling/Salvage, Construction, Retaining Walls, Concrete/Formed/Flatwork/Foundation, Drainage, Dredging, Ditches and Canals, Erosion Control/Slope, Bank Stabilization, Traffic Control, Grade and Surface, Steel Sheet Pile Wall, Beach Restoration, Excavation, Erosion Control - Temporary, Marine Work, Watershed Protection/Riprap, Landscaping (Native Management), Sitework/Excavating and Grading, Grubbing & Clearing The Project shall be constructed between April 01, 2024, and October 31, 2024, with final site restoration completed by no later than May 30, 2025. Owner has the majority of the funds for the construction of the Project; the remaining funds from public and private sources will be obtained based on the Bid amount. Owner intends to issue a Conditional Notice of Award to the successful Bidder within 60 days after the Bid opening and issue a final Notice of Award no later than December 31, 2023. This project is funded by The Friends of Point Betsie Lighthouse Inc. through Benzie County. Compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, rules, and regulations is required.
