North Campus Townhouse Units Renovations - 2020

Project is for the Renovations of the North Campus Townhouses (32 Units) in two phases. Removal/Replacement of existing tubs, toilets, and sink/vanities. (Tubs to be replaced with fiberglass shower units.) Removal of existing ceramic tile floor, Replacement with vinyl flooring. (Unit prices for 32 S. F. replacement of subfloor.) Removal/Replacement of existing Kitchen cabinets & countertops. Removal/Replacement of appliances by contractor – appliance cost fixed in a separate appliance subcontract by supplier with GC.. Removal of carpeting throughout – Replacement with LVT plank except for new carpet at stairs. Removal/Replacement of front door and frame. Removal/Replacement of 2nd floor exterior decking and railings. All walls and ceilings to be painted. Removal/Replacement of HW heater, furnace, condensing unit, and all piping. (New furnace to be condensing furnace.) Removal/Replacement of Bathroom exhaust fan and Kitchen hood – new Bathroom exhaust fan & Kitchen hood both to be ducted to exterior. Supplemental Bids for cleaning of any remaining existing ductwork and for substitution of a gas fired combination boiler and fan coil unit.

Division 23 -	Heating, Ventilating, and Air Conditioning (HVAC), Instrumentation and Control for HVAC, HVAC Air Distribution.
Division 26 -	Electrical, Lighting.
