Contractors must have adequate Septic Tank Pumping equipment to perform these services. References attesting to at least three years of related experience must be provided. Financial resources and applicable insurances are required. Contract(s) will be awarded to the responsible and responsive bidder(s) who provide the Lowest Total Combined Annual Estimated Cost for all three counties. All sites within the three counties must be serviced by the winning Bidder. Prevailing Wage will apply.
