| Description | The location will be on the Main Campus of CCP at 1700 Spring Garden Street in the Main Auditorium of the Bonnell Building, also known as Room BG-20. Flooring Refresh: 1. The BG-20 Auditorium flooring refresh. 2. Removal, prep, refinish, and clean-up. 3. Coordination with other trades. Wall & Trim Refresh: cope to include painting of the walls, trim, railings and doors in the areas seen by the auditorium’s audience. The catwalk, ceiling, and back stage are not included. The re-painting scope stops where the stage curtain reaches the flanking CMU walls. 1. Surface preparation and protection 2. Patch and sand 3. Application of paint systems on interior substrates. - walls (CMU block) - door & window trim - doors - railings 4. Clean-up and completion |
