As-Needed Pipeline Services Agreement

To perform appurtenance modification and relocation, valve replacement, adjustment of utility structures to grade, and other pipeline protection, repair, and construction work on an as-needed basis on Calleguas Municipal Water District's facilities in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, California.The Work involves performing appurtenance modification and relocation, valve replacement, adjustment of utility structures to grade, and other pipeline protection, repair, and construction work on an as-needed basis on Calleguas' facilities in Ventura and Los Angeles counties, California. The Agreement shall be for one year in length from the date Calleguas executes the Agreement, with an option at the sole discretion of Calleguas to renew the Agreement on an annual basis for up to an additional two years. There is no specific dollar amount associated with this Contract. The quantity of this as-needed work is unpredictable and no minimum quantity of work is guaranteed to be authorized by Calleguas.
