| Description | The Work in the lower roof sections includes the provision of all labor, material, equipment, supervision and administration to include: 1. Remove and dispose of the existing roof flashings and sheet metal down to the existing modified bitumen roof membrane to remain and prepare as required to provide new roof membrane and flashings. 2. Fully adhere two-ply modified bitumen roof membrane in cold-process, low VOC adhesive along with flashings and accessories. 3. Replace sheet metal flashings and trim as indicated in the Drawings. 4. Provide a complete, watertight roof assembly with extension of existing warranty for a period of 20 years. |
