Project to Replace Small Structure 14030X0 on MD 20 Over a Drainage Ditch

This project is to replace Small Structure No. 14030X0 on MD 20 (Rock Hall Road) over a drainage ditch. The existing single cell, 36” corrugated metal pipe (CMP) culvert is to be replaced by an 88’ long, two cell, 29” X 45” horizontal elliptical reinforced concrete pipe (HERCP) culvert. The project also includes: approximately 75’ roadway reconstruction; landscaping; 255’ metal traffic barrier installation; erosion and sediment control including maintaining stream flow. Traffic is to be maintained by detour, and an incentive/disincentive is included in the project.
