Flora City Hall and Public Works Building HVAC

Replacement of heating and cooling systems at Flora City Hall 1. Removal of six (6) Lenox furnaces. 2. Removal of five (5) Lenox Air Conditioners. 3. Removal of five (5) Evaporator Coils. 4. Properly dispose of all old equipment. 5. Install 6 new 96% high efficiency 100,000 BTU gas furnaces. 6. Install 5 new 15 Seer, 4 ton A/C 208/230 A 3 phase air conditioners. 7. Install 5 new 4 ton matching coils. 8. Complete connection of flues, ducts, electrical circuits and refrigeration lines. 9. Install 6 digital thermostats to match systems. 10. Repair or replace any electrical circuits in need on roof associated with new equipment. 11. Replace insulation on line sets on roof. 12. Repair or replace mounting boards for condensers. 13. Test al systems. 14. All work to be performed to current applicable building codes. 15. Removal and disposal of all debris. Replacement of cooling system at Flora Public Works Building 1. Removal of 2 (two) 3 ½ ton A/C condenser units. 2. Removal of 2 (two) Evaporator coils from existing equipment. 3. Properly dispose of all equipment. 4. Install 2 (two) 15 Seer 3 ½ ton A/C 208/230 A 3 phase air conditioners. 5. Install 2 (two) 3 ½ ton matching coils in existing equipment. 6. Compete connection of all electrical circuits and refrigerant lines with replacement if necessary. 7. Replace insulation on line sets. 8. Test all systems. 9. All work to be performed to applicable building codes. 10. Removal and disposal of all debris.
