Dakota County Burnsville Library Chiller Replacement Project

This project will include the removal of existing 80-ton Chiller, and the installation of new 80-ton Chiller at the Dakota County Burnsville Library, 1101 West County Road 42, Burnsville, MN 55337. All work to be in accordance with the specifications and plans. Prevailing wages are required on this project. Bids must be submitted only on the bid form supplied in the Bid Document. No oral, telegraphic or telephonic bids or modifications will be considered. Submit with each bid a certified check or acceptable bidder's bond payable to Dakota County in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the total base bid. The successful bidder is required to furnish satisfactory Labor and Material Payment Bond and Performance Bond equal to 100% of the total contract amount. It is anticipated that the Dakota County Board of Commissioners will consider award of the project at 9:00 a.m. on November 1st, 2022 at its regular meeting at the Administration Center, 1590 Hwy 55, Hastings, MN and reserves the right to accept any bid or to reject any or all bids, or parts of such bids, and waive informalities or irregularities in bidding.
