Scott Park Rehabilitation and Development Project

Development of an accessible pedestrian pathway that connects the north end of Scott Park to the southern end allowing residents a safe way to access the amenities within the park. Accessible parking will be installed strategically throughout the park and accessible pathway connections will be created from the parking areas to a variety of the amenities. New bleachers and park benches will also be installed along with supporting ADA compliant concrete pads. All ramps, sidewalks, bleacher/bench pads and parking areas as well as safety barricading during construction must be in compliance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the 2011 Proposed Accessibility Guidelines for Pedestrian Facilities in the Public Right-of-Way

Division 31 -	Earthwork, Selective Clearing, Grading.
Division 32 -	Exterior Improvements, Athletic and Recreational Surfacing, Site Improvements, Fences and Gates, Planting.
Division 33 -	Utilities.
