Description Kutztown University is seeking qualified masonry contractors for miscellaneous non-capital construction, renovation, restoration, repair, and maintenance of masonry structures. Work shall include all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment, and performing all work necessary to complete work. It is the intent of the University to issue unit-price (work order) contracts to multiple qualified contractors. Contract length will be one year. All work will be done strictly on an as-needed basis. In order to ensure the responsiveness of contractors, and in the best interests of the University, contractors must meet the following special requirements: 1. Be located within 100 miles (as the road drives) of the University. Contractors located outside of the 100 mile distance will not be considered. 2. Must have at least five (5) years' documented experience in either large commercial, institutional, or historical building restoration masonry work.
